Job Description


This position is located with our Southeastern Arizona Behavioral Health Services (SEABHS) division and works at the Sierra Vista, Arizona outpatient clinic.


The Intake Clinician provides comprehensive clinical assessment, diagnosis, and recovery based service planning as part of enrollment process or annual review process.

Minimum Qualifications

 Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or counseling OR Bachelor’s degree relating to behavioral/physical health and two (2) years of experience in clinical setting, preferably in managed care. 

Must be 21 years of age or older, possess a valid driver’s license, and be able to show proof of automobile insurance coverage. 

Must be eligible to obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card upon hire.
