Assists clients and families in the behavioral health system to enhance their recovery and promote wellness. Assists Recovery Coaches in providing rehabilitation and support services. Recovery Aide will be working with outside agency (LTS) to coordinate transportation services for our La Frontera Members. Recovery Aide will be responsible to do reminder phone calls, follow up on missed transports both with member and with the Recovery Coach/Clinical Team. Transportation liaison will Assist with tracking in excel and auditing medical records and charts to make certain transportation notes, transportation referrals, and requests are all in the record.
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED
In order to provide peer support services, individuals must have personal recovery experience and be certified as a recovery support specialist through one of the recognized training agencies.
Individuals must be 23 years of age or older.
OTHER POTENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Possession of Arizona driver’s license, fingerprint clearance if working in 24 hour facility.
Availability to work evening hours.
