  • Catastrophic Leave: LFA pays 66 3/4 of base salary
  • Every employee receives a Benefits Allowance compensation of 2% of base salary and then increased by 2% for every 2 years of service, up to 10 years

**Benefits are available on the first day of the month following an employee’s first 30 days of service.
