La Frontera Arizona (LFA) knows how hard our employees work to accomplish our mission of building a safe, strong, and healthy Arizona. Therefore, we reward them with excellent benefits which include the following:

**Benefits are available on the first day of the month following an employee’s first 30 days of service. Please refer to our Benefits Summary guide for eligibility.

A minimum of 15 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) annually

Ten Paid Holidays

Medical insurance: Three different plans are offered. LFA covers a generous portion towards the employee share of the premiums

Health Savings Account: LFA contributes $1,000 annually for employees who choose the HDHP

Dental insurance

Vision Plan

Medical/Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts: LFA may contribute $500 annually towards the Medical FSA

403(b) Retirement Plan

Benefits Allowance compensation of 2% of base salary for full time employees and then increased by 2% for every 2 years of service, up to 8 years

Tuition assistance program: up to $3,600 annually

Catastrophic Leave: LFA pays 66 3/4 of base salary
